Welcome to Gateshead Outer West Primary Care Network
We are a group of four GP practices who work together to provide new and specialist services that patients in our area need.
Our member practices are:

- Hollyhurst Medical Centre (IJ Healthcare)
- Oldwell Surgery
- Gateshead Healthcare (Crawcrook Medical Centre with branch practices of Rowlands Gill Medical Centre, Blaydon GP Led Surgery and Grange Road Medical Practice).
